Open the wallet and withdraw any remaining balance to your verified bank or UPI handle. Deletion proceeds only when the balance is zero.

Confirm the request with the OTP sent to your registered mobile. After confirmation, the cool-off period starts.

Every offer and code has an eligibility block listing state, KYC and wagering requirements. Skim it before you deposit — a mismatch between offer and account status is the most common reason for a bonus not landing.
Why eligibility matters →Use only the contact channels listed on this site. We never ask for OTPs or passwords over phone, email or SMS — any such request is a phishing attempt and should be reported to customer care.
Report phishing →The app has built-in tools for deposit caps, time alerts and self-exclusion. The desk recommends setting a deposit cap before your first contest — not after a losing streak.
Open the limits screen →The 14-day cool-off is not a bureaucratic delay — it is your chance to reverse the decision if you change your mind. Many users start the deletion process during a losing streak, then want to return when their form returns. The cool-off gives you that option without re-onboarding.
Reversal walkthrough →If a contest is locked in but has not yet settled, or a withdrawal is in transit, the cool-off protects those transactions from being stranded. After 14 days, all in-flight transactions complete normally; the account is then closed.
Pending transactions →The deletion process checks for a zero wallet balance before proceeding. If you have a non-zero balance, the screen shows the exact amount and routes you to the withdrawal flow. Deletion cannot proceed until the balance is zero.
Balance check →All contest entries, prize history, captain picks and the prediction audit log are deleted with your account. If you want a personal record, export your data from Settings → Privacy → Download my data before starting deletion.
Export data →You can create a new account after 90 days using the same mobile number. Bonus eligibility resets, referral history starts fresh, and KYC has to be completed again from scratch. The 90-day gap is required by Indian AML rules for re-onboarding.
Re-onboarding rules →You can reverse the deletion any time during the 14-day cool-off period. After 14 days the account is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
