Why eligibility matters →Use only the contact channels listed on this site. We never ask for OTPs or passwords over phone, email or SMS — any such request is a phishing attempt and should be reported to customer care.

The single biggest factor in withdrawal speed is whether KYC is on file. Without PAN, withdrawals above ₹10,000 are blocked. Without Aadhaar, address verification falls back to bank-statement verification which adds 24–48 hours. Complete both before your first withdrawal request.
KYC walkthrough →The name on your bank account or UPI handle must match the name on your PAN. Mismatches result in automatic reversal and a manual review that adds 2–3 working days. If your legal name has changed (marriage, gazette notification), update PAN first.
Name mismatch policy →UPI withdrawals credit instantly on banking days. Bank holidays (Sundays, second and fourth Saturdays, RBI-mandated holidays) delay the credit by the holiday length. Plan large withdrawals for the start of the week to avoid holiday delays.
Holiday calendar →The first withdrawal takes longer because KYC verification runs in the background. Median first withdrawal 28 minutes after KYC; subsequent withdrawals within 5 minutes via UPI.
